The chemical trade magazine "Wir. Hier." of the Rhineland-Palatinate chemical employers' association regularly presents committed personalities from the industry. In its current edition, CEO Frank Böttcher talks about the company's goals in the field of innovations and sustainability. Both are areas in which he can draw on many years of expertise.
After August 2019, this is the second time that Rhenoflex has been portrayed in the industry journal with a circulation of 50,000 printed copies. A surprising success that shows how important the medium-sized company is for this region, alongside big names like BASF or Böhringer-Ingelheim. Particular emphasis is placed on, how Rhenoflex approaches even complex issues in the field of reinforcing materials in a solution-oriented manner and how broad the range of materials now is, 75% of which are made entirely or partly from sustainable raw materials.
The constant examination and testing of new usable materials that meet the company's sustainability standards is just as much a part of the innovation strategy as digitisation. With the development of the Smart Shoe, Rhenoflex wants to open up a new business field and mature from a solution provider to a technology partner.
