Effective October 1, 2021, Rhenoflex welcomes Michael Stotz as new CFO of the Group. As an experienced economic and financial expert, the company is gaining a competent leader.

Together with Frank Böttcher (CEO), Gunter Scharfenberger (CTO) and Stanley Chau (COO & General Manager APAC), Stotz is completing the Group Management Committee (GMC) of the Rhenoflex Group and will take on responsibility as an additional Managing Director of Rhenoflex GmbH in Ludwigshafen as well as in other companies of the Group.

Stotz can look back on more than 20 years of specialist and management responsibility in various finance and controlling functions in internationally positioned industrial companies. After graduating with a degree in business administration, the now 45-year-old launched his career at Homag Group AG in the Black Forest, where he very quickly assumed management responsibility and served as Senior Vice President of Controlling and Commercial Managing Director for several years in both capacities. In October 2018, he took over the role of CFO at FRIMO Group in Lotte, which also gave him extensive experience in the private equity sector.
